I have done my commerce graduate from India and have almost more than 6 years experience as finance assistant in India. My question is when ever I am applying for a job they are asking for UK experience. but as I am new to the job and if every body will be asking the same how am I going to have UK experience. If no one is ready to give a break through than Uk experience is very difficult. Moreover the commerce knowledge and experience is same almost every where....
